    Fiber laser source compared with traditional laser source and non-laser devices is more Eco-friendly .

    ?With lower electric consumption, fiber laser electro-optical conversion rate is five times of traditional laser.

    ?Has lower cooling requirement.Lower power fiber laser source only needs air cooling.

    A. High stability:

    Maxphotonics fiber laser series USES the light path inside the fiber cavity design, to guarantee of high power laser output ,at the same time, so to make the volume of the laser reduces, rise the beam quality,while beam transmission in the optical fiber, optical path will not appear in the air, thus to avoid contamination of light path, also it has long running stability.So the large laser cutting machine can be used in harsh industrial environments,but with long working life.


    B. High effieciency low cost

    Machine host

    Machine host is consist of Main lathe bed, beams, worktable, Z axis device, control system, gas road, waterway and other parts.Through the system control of X, Y, Z axis AC servo motor, so to drive the cutting head to realized stable, reliable, high-speed reciprocating motion, X direction; moving distance is 3025 mm ,Y direction moving distance is 1525 mm;X and Y linear guide adopt the precision positioning components such as photoelectric sensor, effectively ensure the accuracy of the transmission.

    the machine adopts fixed workbench, the worktable consists of welding framework, with support of artifacts support grid, worktable bears work piece ups to 500 kg;Worktable is with a ball around,, it  prevents scratch when laser cutting sheet metal is expected to move up and down in a maximum limit;

    This system  adopts advanced USA AHEADCUTCNC cutting system , the international leading based on EtherCAT industrial bus architecture, data transmission security and stability of fast, widely used in various precision control and processing fields.

    Based on WINDOWS platform, it has an open structure,easy operation and easy to learn  is the  biggest difference between  numerical control system and the traditional CNC system.System  provides the machine parameters, the PLC program, users can configure and commission according to their need, and so to realize the function of complex machine requirements.

    The cooling system
